Profile Verification Policy

The “Verified” badge on FindMyDoc tells patients that a doctor, clinic or hospital profile has been checked against the information the provider submitted. Here’s what that involves.

What we check

For doctor profiles, we review the medical registration number, degree/qualification details, and contact information provided at the time of listing or claiming a profile. For clinics and hospitals, we review the address, contact details, and any accreditation information submitted.

What verification does not mean

A Verified badge confirms that submitted details were checked at the time of review — it is not an endorsement of the quality of care provided, and does not guarantee that information remains current if a provider’s circumstances change without notifying us.

How to get verified

Doctors and clinics can apply for verification from the For Doctors page by submitting their registration details and supporting documents for review.
