Patient reviews help other patients make informed decisions. This policy explains how reviews work on FindMyDoc.
Who can leave a review
We aim to only display reviews from patients who have genuinely interacted with or visited a listed doctor, clinic or hospital. Reviews that appear fake, incentivized, or posted by a competitor may be removed.
What we don’t allow
Reviews containing hate speech, personal attacks, unverifiable medical claims, or another patient’s private health information will be removed. Reviews should focus on your own experience — such as wait times, staff behaviour, cleanliness, and communication.
Doctor and clinic responses
Listed providers may respond publicly to reviews on their profile. We encourage professional, respectful responses.
Reporting a review
If you believe a review violates this policy, email support@findmydoc.in with the profile link and details, and we’ll review it.
